One thing I can't stand about public exercise facilities is the cleanliness. At The One Fitness I always had a clean restroom, a clean shower, and clean exercise equipment. I fell in love with the facilities appearance and cleanliness.

I avoid traffic at all costs especially during the mornings and evenings. The One Fitness' location is excellent and void of congested traffic spots in Houston. The facility is also surrounded by quality restaurants and entertainment for my children while I exercise. The convenience is fantastic.
